Processing & Dispatch Times
•    Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Items available for immediate delivery will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
•    Made-to-Order Pieces: These will take 4-6 weeks to be crafted and dispatched. You will be kept informed of the progress via email.

UK Delivery
•    All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on the order value.
•    Orders up to £100 are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For at a cost of £6.
•    Free UK delivery on orders over £100 (excluding bespoke items).
Orders over £100 are automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery at no additional cost.
•    All parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

International Delivery
•    Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
•    For countries not listed at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.
•    Orders will be sent via ‘Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed’.
•    International delivery times vary, but typically take 7-14 days.
•    Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

o    £16.50 - Orders between £51 - £250

•    USA & Canada: 
o    £15 - Orders up to £50
o    £17.50 - Orders between £51 - £250
o    Orders over £250: Contact us for a quote

•    Australia and New Zealand: 
o    £14 - Orders up to £50
o    £16.50 - Orders between £51 - £250
o    Orders over £250: Contact us for a quote

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
•    A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
•    If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
•    In case of lost parcels, we can only initiate claims after 20 days (UK) or 30 days (international) from the dispatch date.
