Returns and Refund Policy

At Kerry Gallop Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring that you love your handmade silver jewellery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Conditions for Returns
•    Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
•    For hygiene reasons, we regret that refunds cannot be offered on earrings.
•    Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically to your preferences.

How to Return an Item
1.    Request a Return: Contact us at sales@kerrygallopjewellery.com to request a returns number. This number must be included in your return parcel.
2.    Pack Securely: Ensure the item is packed securely with its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
3.    Shipping: Return your item using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar tracked service.
•    We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Process
•    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
•    Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method.
•    Refunds do not include the cost of the original shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@kerrygallopjewellery.com with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed in such cases.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days:
1.   Check your bank account or credit card statement.
2.   Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
3.   If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@kerrygallopjewellery.com.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

International Returns
For customers outside the UK, please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as customs fees or duties associated with the return. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Unaccepted Returns
Items that do not meet the return conditions (e.g., are worn, damaged, or missing packaging) will not be refunded. We will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you at your expense.
